Eyewa Dashboards (the “App”) is an internal analytics tool provided by Eyewa for use by Eyewa employees and authorised partners. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. The App is not intended for the general public.
The business and analytics content shown in the App is Eyewa’s own internal data, made available to authorised users according to their access permissions.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. Information is processed only by Eyewa and by service providers that help us run the App, including our cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) and our single sign-on provider (Google) for authentication. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Sign-in sessions are short-lived and refresh tokens expire after a limited period (currently 30 days) or when you sign out. Operational and audit logs are retained only as long as needed for security and service operation.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted to authenticated, authorised users, and refresh tokens are stored on your device’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) with only hashed copies held server-side.
You can sign out at any time to end your session and revoke the App’s stored token on your device. Because this is an internal workplace tool, account creation, access, and removal are managed by Eyewa.
The App is a workplace tool and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to data@eyewa.com.
